Walt Disney World’s Mobile Room Ready Notification service
Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests who opt to use Online Check-In when arriving for their visit to the World can also use Disney’s Room Ready notification service.
A Room Ready notification is sent to the guest’s mobile device to alert them when their Resort room is available. The notification includes the room number assigned to them and a map of the Resort so they can find their way.
Once the guest navigates to their room, they can use a MagicBand attached to their account or the Digital Key in their My Disney Experience app to open their Resort hotel room door.
This allows guests to skip the front desk completely.
