Basic Services at Magic Kingdom

Baby Strollers - Rentals are available at the Stroller shop; on the right just after you enter the park. Single Strollers are $15 ($13/day if you rent for length of stay); Double Strollers are $31 ($27/day if you rent for length of stay).

Banking - The ATM locations are: Park Entrance (on the right), in Frontierland (next to the Shootin' Gallery), and in Tomorrowland (next to Space Mountain).

Credit Cards - Disney accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and The Disney Credit Card. Travelers Checks and cash are also accepted. Your Disney resort ID can serve as a charge card -- inquire at the Front Desk when you check-in.

First Aid - Located next to the Crystal Palace restaurant just off Main Street.

Kennels (407-824-6568) - Pet care facilities are located at the Ticket and Transportation Center. Daily boarding of pets is available for $6 per pet per day. Overnight boarding is available for $11 per pet for day guests and $9 for resort guests. Feeding is available for both day and overnight boarding, but you are required to walk and exercise the pets. Guests are referred to an Orlando clinic if veterinary help is needed.

Lockers - are located at the Transportation and Ticket Center and also at the Main Street Railroad Station (ground level). As of January 9, 2008, locker rentals cost $5.00 for small lockers, $7.00 for large lockers, plus the $5.00 deposit (Disney dollars or real dollars) refunded upon return of the key on the same day.

Lost and Found -- located at City Hall near main entrance.

Package Pickup - located in at the Main Street train station. Packages can also be sent to your Disney resort.

Readmission Policy - If you leave the park you must present your valid ticket to reenter. Handstamps are no longer required.

Smoking - For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Wheelchairs - Limited quantities of wheelchairs are available for rent to guests with disabilities at the Stroller Shop ($7+$1 refundable deposit). Electric Convenience Vehicles can be (subject to availability) rented at the Stroller Shop also ($30+$10 deposit).

Guest Relations - Located just inside the park entrance on the left, provides the following services/information:

Guide Maps in French, German, Japanese, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese
