Pixar fans, we’ve got some exciting news for you!
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel has been transforming into Pixar Place Hotel, and soon the reimagining will be complete! On January 30th, 2024, the new hotel will officially debut. You don’t have to wait that long to experience one of its newest additions, though. Great Maple — an upcoming restaurant with upscale comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — will open SOON! According to Disney, Great Maple will be opening in November, when it will be serving dishes made from scratch daily. We can expect to see options like Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon, Market Fish, a variety of inspired salads.
There will also be Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts!
A few weeks after Great Maple debuts, a grab-and-go coffee shop operated by the restaurant will open in the lobby — Sketch Pad Café. This spot will serve assorted pastries and a selection of coffee and tea.
You’ll also be able to find salads, wraps, assorted cheese plates, signature beverages, and more at the new Small Bytes rooftop pool bar.
