At most stores in Disney World (in the four parks and at Disney Springs), you can go in and ask for a free celebration button!

These can be for birthdays, engagements, or other special events you’re celebrating! It’s a great way to subtly tell others around the park that it’s your birthday. You might even get some birthday shoutouts during your trip!

Free Starbucks Drink

Over at the two Starbucks locations in Disney Springs, you can claim a free Starbucks drink if it’s your actual birthday!

This is only if you’re signed up with a free Starbucks account, so be sure you sign up and put your birthday in at least a month before your actual birthday. Note that the free drink promotion does NOT work in the four Disney World parks — only Disney Springs.

Free Cookie at Summer House on the Lake

Over at Summer House on the Lake, one of the newest restaurants in Disney Springs, you may also be able to get a free cookie to celebrate your birthday!

Summer House has an entire cookie bar with tons of different cookies that you’ll be able to choose from, so this is one offer you REALLY won’t want to miss. We were lucky enough to get a free cookie during our recent birthday visit, but note this is subject to change.

At Sprinkles Cupcakes in Disney Springs, you can also treat yourself to a free cupcake around your birthday. You’ll want to make sure you’re signed up for their rewards program, though.

Free Pretzel at Wetzel’s Pretzels

There’s also a Wetzel’s Pretzels in Disney Springs, and you can grab yourself a free pretzel if you’re part of their rewards program!

You’ll be able to choose between a Regular Pretzel or a Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel, and the reward is valid for 30 days after your birthday. Talk about a sweet (or, should we say, SALTY) deal!

If you’re part of Sephora’s rewards program, you’ll get to choose a free gift for your birthday!
