EVERYTHING You Need To Know BEFORE Buying Tickets to Disney’s Biggest Fan Event of the Year

So you’ve decided to attend the biggest Disney event of the YEAR and it’s just around the corner. It is the ultimate fan event where you’ll learn more about what Disney has planned for everything from the theme parks, to the cruise ships, to everything in between.

But, before you can be there to hear all of the exciting news in person, you’ve got to grab a ticket first! Not sure how to do that? Don’t worry, you’ve got us to help you figure it out!

D23 The Ultimate Fan Event is a multi-day conference spanning all things Disney so buying the right ticket for everything you want to experience can be a bit confusing if you’re not familiar with the process. The first thing you need to figure out is when you can start purchasing tickets because different tiers of D23 memberships are able purchased on different days.

D23 Gold Members will be the first to have access to a limited number of 1-day and 3-day tickets while supplies last when they go on sale starting on March 26th,  2024, at 12PM PT.

Afterward, the next tier for ticket sales will be available to D23 Gold and General Members who are also Disney Visa cardholders and will be paying for their tickets with the Disney Visa, will have an opportunity to purchase 1-day and 3-day tickets while supplies last starting on March 27th, 2024, at 12 PM PT.

The rest of the ticket purchases will be available to all D23 Gold and General Members starting on March 28th, 2024, at 12PM PT. Tickets will be available for purchase while supplies last.

Once you’ve decided which tier or membership you belong to, and how many days of the event you want to experience it’s time for you to process your ticket order. We’ve got an overview guide to that process to help you out, but in short, you’ll want to log in to the website with your member login.

Once you’re into the dashboard you’ll want to select your preferred ticket to purchase. From this screen, you’ll have 15 minutes to complete your transaction before the tickets will be put back into inventory. Should you happen to clear your cart at any point in the process, that will start the 15-minute timer over.

You’ll select your tickets based on your seating section preference and then move on to select your individual seats. Once you’ve found the right spot, select the seating and proceed to checkout!

Additional merch items will be provided at checkout to see if you’d like to add them to your cart before payment, and a limit of 8 per item will be in place.

To complete your purchase, you’ll finish out the required information and then pay for your cart. Just remember that the email you provide MUST match the email you’ve registered with your D23 membership.

The only way you’ll be able to purchase a ticket to the event is by becoming a D23 Member. You have the option to join as a complimentary General Member or pay to upgrade to Gold Membership which will allow you access to additional benefits, discounts, and offers throughout the weekend’s event.
