I’m not a huge fan of this ride. I’m not convinced there’s enough transformers fans and that this ride space could be used for something cooler

Pros:

Good for transformer fans I guess

Cons:

Waste of a good show building

Ride said 40 minute wait time. Received my own little slice of purgatory. Whoever thought putting blasting audio at all points of a line, as well as footage that repeats five times per room, made for an absolute nightmare. There’s also a room that just strobes between bright red and blue for no reason. If there was /zero/ set dressing or speakers, I doubt I’d be typing this with a headache. The ride itself is also nothing to write about. So many other rides in these parks with the same concept, that you’re better off skipping if it isn’t walk-on.

Pros:

Children/fans might like the robots

Cons:

You’ll wish you got your hour back

Hated this one, granted I know nothing about Transformers the ride was anything but enjoyable. Let's just shake and push you around for the heck of it there is nothing enjoyable or thrilling about that (and there are tons of those types of rides at US but this IMO was by far the worst outside of Fast and Furious). I felt like it would never end.

Pros:

if you love transformers you might enjoy it

Cons:

another screen/jerk you around type of ride

This has got to be the most painful ride I have ever been on. After riding this I had to go back to my hotel room because it was so jerky. If you think this is like Spider-Man, it’s not. Spider-Man is older and less jarring. Be warned if you ride this, you might need a chiropractor after

Pros:

Top of the line technology

Cons:

Very painful. Don’t ride if you have motion sickness.

I do not get motion sickness and this ride makes me sick. It is also extremely loud and I always have a headache when I leave it. It is a cool theme and it does feel like you are in the movie but I always get a headache after riding it. If you love transformers, you will love this. If you don’t you will think it is okay. I like the Spider-Man version better at Islands.

Pros:

Theming, feel like you are in the movie

Cons:

LOUD, scary for kids, Prone to motion sickness Should not ride

It’s a simulator with all the perks and not-so-perks of it: 3-D, twirls, shake shake and shaking! If you don’t know anything about Transformers, you will be fine, the plot will explain you what you need to have a good ride experience, but I must warning you: This is the ride that I only if I NEED to go to hence the headache felt right after I rode it!

Pros:

Cool effects, good experience if you’re a Transformers fan

Cons:

If you don’t care about Trabaformers, any other simulator in this park will fit the bill! BIG headaches after ride it!

This is my least favorite ride at universal studios because I am not a big fan of 3D rides. In my opinion the ride would be better if they took off wearing the 3D glasses part and have the ride without them, just like they changed it with the Minion ride. I would feel less nauseous and motion sick.

Pros:

I would only ride it once for the experience or also if you’re a transformers fan. If not, then it’s not on my top list of rides to check off the list when visiting the parks.

Cons:

Too many turns, really loud, lots of action going on. It makes me feel motion sick after I get off because of it being a 3D ride , so it’s too much for me.

I think this one is okay, it is the same ride system as Spider-Man, but I think I like that concept better. It has a lot of movement and it makes me sick. Also the music in the line is so loud it gives me a headache.

Pros:

Good for those that like the movies

Cons:

Motion sick

Same ride basically as Spiderman with a different theme. It's loud, it's jarring, it might give you a headache. Should you ride it once? Probably. More than once? Well, I wouldn't.

Pros:

some of the queue is in a/c

Cons:

loud and jarring

I didn't care for this one. I'm not a Transformers fan, which obviously made a big difference, but it's just another ride with lots of screens and jerking you around without any real substance to the ride itself.

Pros:

I guess the technology is cool (it's just overused)

Cons:

If you're not a Transformers fan, skip this one
