How Big Is Magic Kingdom?

The Magic Kingdom is not only the flagship park of the Walt Disney World Resort, it’s pretty much a lock to top the list of the world’s most visited theme park every single year.

It’s gone!

Given that, it’s perhaps unsurprising that the Magic Kingdom is massive, with enough rides, attractions, restaurants, and infrastructure needed to sustain well over 10 million visitors a year.

Today we’ll be taking a look at the size of the Magic Kingdom, by the numbers.

Land Size

The Magic Kingdom comes in at 107 acres. For perspective, that’s more than double the size of the original Disneyland. It certainly lives up to Walt Disney’s famed quote about the amount of land the company purchased in the Sunshine State:

“Here in Florida, we have something special we never enjoyed at Disneyland…the blessing of size. There’s enough land here to hold all the ideas and plans we can possibly imagine.”
