EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival is one of the largest events of the entire year. Between the food booths, live concerts, scavenger hunts, and merchandise, there is LOTS to enjoy and many folks flock to the park specifically for this event. But just when will it take place in 2024? Don’t fret — we’ve got the answer right here.
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will officially start on August 29th this year and it’ll go through November 23rd. We can’t wait!!
So what will be at the event? Well, we’ve got some clues based on the information Disney has shared on its website for the Festival so far. In terms of food booths, we’ll be able to eat at spots representing places from across 6 different continents. We will be sure to share FULL booth lists and menus with you once those are released, so subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates!
The Festival is about much more than food and wine though. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will be returning, bringing local acts, as well as internationally recognized stars to the America Gardens Theatre. The Eat to the Beat Dining Package (which includes priority concert seating and a meal at one of EPCOT’s participating restaurants) is also expected to return, but pricing and other details have yet to be released.
But wait…there’s MORE. We can also expect the return of TWO special scavenger hunts at the Festival this year — Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak and Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit (specifically for the Halloween season). For what’s usually a fairly minimal fee, you can pick up a map for these events, search for hidden characters throughout the park, and then redeem your maps for a prize. We’ll be very interested to see what this year’s prizes are…
We also expect the return of Emile’s Fromage Montage, a food challenge ALL about cheese! With this challenge, you need to purchase a certain number of qualifying dishes. Once you do, you can pick up your free prize — which typically involves more eats — YUM!
It seems mini festival gift cards will also be making a comeback along with much more fun. We’ll be on the lookout for ALL of the latest updates and will be sure to share those with you.

aaagghhh, I’m going to stay in disney late august, I’m gonna be missing it!! sigh! I planned my holidays with last years festivals and this year it’s much shorter :'(
