This Is Disney World’s Best New Restaurant, and We’re Not Afraid to Say It

There are quite literally hundreds of restaurants on Disney World property, and that can make it VERY hard to decide where to eat.

We have tons of guides to help you decide what restaurants are right for you and your group, but what about the newer restaurants? Where do they fit into all of this? Don’t worry, we’ve got a guide for you!

Roundup Rodeo BBQ

If you’re a big fan of themed restaurants and ones where you get to interact with the area around you, Roundup Rodeo BBQ is the place to go!

Not only is this restaurant themed to look like a makeshift BBQ spot in Andy’s backyard (meaning everything is GIANT because you’re the size of a toy), but the food is all themed to Toy Story characters, is served family-style, and it’s pretty delicious.

Yee haw!

The best part though is that while this restaurant isn’t a character meet and greet experience, at least once during your meal you’ll hear footsteps and someone will yell “Andy’s Coming!” And then everything FREEZES — the waiters, the guests, everyone. You’ll hear Andy’s voice, and then when he walks away again, everyone can move normally. It’s a ton of fun, but definitely not for those who dislike interactive theming.

Eet by Maneet Chauhan

Disney Springs is home to many fantastic restaurants, and Eet by Maneet Chauhan is no exception. We were SO impatient for this spot to open, and certainly weren’t disappointed when it did!

This spot just opened up at the end of 2023, and it’s the perfect spot for adventurous eaters who want to try delicious modern Indian dishes. It really is a mix of a few different cultures, and we LOVE IT!

Now this spot isn’t going to be great for picky eaters, so if you’ve got some of them in your party, this may be a skip, or they may choose to split off and grab something else!

Summer House on the Lake

This is another recent addition to Disney World that also happens to be in Disney Springs and it is a fantastic casual table service spot.

This is especially true if you’re looking to partake in brunch, but regular lunch or dinner is a great option, too! This spot serves Californian cuisine, which is great for a more laid-back meal.

Plus, anyone can walk up to The Cookie Bar inside and order some delicious treats from the always-changing lineup of sweets. If you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, though, this one may fall flat for you.
