Five star prices, 1 star food.. almost $400 for 2 people to split a steak, which was neither evenly cooked nor properly trimmed, a glass of wine and a paloma. Never again.. If you want a real high class steak go to Kress downtown.

I’m a frequent Disney traveler. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant on every level. STK is all hype. The service we received was terrible, couldn’t even get our water glasses refilled or the patio heater turned on. We felt like second class citizens. One would think that for the price, we would have been treated better, but the tip was not optional, so our server didn’t put in any effort. Avoid unless you enjoy paying $13 for butter and $12 for peppercorns!

Horrible Arrogant service. 1/2 hr waiting before drinks came, after 1 hr we asked where the appetizers were after seeing other tables that sat after us got their food first. Had to ask the server where the bread was. He then sent the manager over to argue with us as he said we upset him. Manager came over and made excuses for him. Worst steakhouse we’ve ever been to and we’ve eaten in the best all over the world. A back yard bbq with 5 day old food could do better than this place. Totally over hyped don’t waste your money. Worst arrogant service ever . No toilet paper in the ladies room!

If you’re looking for an upscale steakhouse this is definitely not the place. Based on their menu prices when looking on line, i expected Commanders Palace (upscale New Orleans restaurant) type of experience. Instead we got seated at a high bar table with little room for our dishes, near a bar with that was overcrowded. Super slow service. We sat down and ordered immediately as we had looked at menu prior to being seated (we had plenty of time since even with reservations we had to wait for about 30 min to be seated). Our food arrived close to 2 hours later. Both meals were bad but my cut of meat was the worst. I ordered my petite filet mignon medium well or just slight pink, it was burnt and so overdone that I had a hard time cutting it. It was also very salty. Mashed potatoes were cold, mac and cheese congealed (seriously, I’ve had better mac and cheese from a box) and the asparagus were limp and yet dried up at the same time! They did comp a drink that finally arrived after we were done with our meal. Overall, an absolute waste of time and money.

Came for lunch and raced to make it by their website posted time of 3pm for end of lunch, and walked up a few minutes before delighted to make it just to listen to a diatribe from the hostess of how actually we had missed the lunch (we wanted the 3 part lunch) and how servers were changing and on and on nonsense. I asked to talk to a manager who was also rude. When you walk in to spend $120+ on lunch you don't expect such bad treatment. You expect \"sure here is your lovely table, no problem\"....We walked over to Boathouse were seated by friendly staff and not one issue. I see the reviews now of bad ratings for STK and I understand why.

Was told by our server that we needed to order all our food at once as it was a FL restaurant. We had just ordered a bottle of wine and appetizer when were met with a hurry up and order your Big Mac style of service. We had reservations and waited 30 min, app was sub par, steak was overcooked, and we were rushed. There is more bad service I choose not to include it here.
