If you know how to use it it's awesome. Always start with the 3 biggest rides in each park

Pros:

Can move up the time of your first 3 fastpasses

Cons:

Can be confusing for some and the tier options are annoying

FastPass is great. Love being able to go to the front of the line.

Pros:

Quick access to selected rides

Cons:

Lots of times are already taken when you get your chance to sign up.

Convenience!

Pros:

It was nice to plan some of our rides ahead of time at home and then plan more after using the first three.

Cons:

Some popular rides can run out of fastpasses quickly.

I love having the ability to use Fast Pass. Once we have used our initial 3 there is always an opportunity to book more. We always stay onsite, so we can book our fast Passes 60 days before we arrive. It is quick and easy to use.

Pros:

Convenience

Cons:

Sometimes the MDE site has crashed on my day to book Fastpasses, which can be annoying and frustrating.

If you can become good at FastPass+ you can go to Disney without waiting in very few to no lines for rides. There is an art to FastPass+ and many attractions you do not need a FastPass+ for. But understand the rules and how this works and this is your best friend at Disneyworld

Pros:

this is a great tool to make the most out of your time

Cons:

If the system is down it's a little bit of choas

OK - I resisted for a while, because I liked the older system where I could send one of the teens to run up and get our fast passes for anything we wanted. As soon as it began, Fastpass+ seemed like an imposition... having to choose our park attendance in advance for our trip? However, once being used, it seemed to work well with making dining plans. We always get our passes right at 60 days out (staying on property) and are able to get what we really want. Also, we set our passes as early as possible in the AM so we can travel to another park in the afternoon. It works well and we can, of course, get more fast passes after the first 3 are used. Took some getting used to, but we like it now.

Pros:

You can schedule all your favorites without worrying if all the FPs will be gone when you make it up to the kiosk.

Cons:

Have to make plans in advance but is that really a bad thing?

We went the first time in 2014 using the FP system and we love it. I had surgery on my ankle now 5 years ago and it is hard for me to stand in same spot for long periods of time. So this way I dont have to wait as long. I do think that you should be able to pick fast passes for different parks at same time. Like Expediation Everest in the morning at AK and then later afternoon pick Soaring and Mission Space. I know you can choose them after you use the ones at AK but it would be nice. Also the Tiers should be more flexible like MK does. Soaring/Test Track and Forever after in the same Tier. And Rocking roller coaster and Toy Story Mania in the same Tier and these you can only choose one. other than that I love the no wait or very little

Pros:

Love it

Cons:

cannot use in diff parks the same time

i love that i can plan ahead i look at calenders as soon as they come out and i plan what parks i want to be in now i can also get fast passes for the rides i really want before i even leave home awesome!!

at the park one morning i arrived for magic hours and had already riden all the rides on my plan before they where scheduled so i changed my passes to another park while still in animal kingdom.

not only that i didn't have to worry about losing paper tickets which is great because i lose everything almost as soon as i get it.

Pros:

pre planning

Cons:

none

I LOVED THIS! Hated having to pull out my paper pass, run to machines, then back to the attractions. We don't Park hop since we love each park and spend the entire day there, neither do we leave to go swim, we stay all day - so for us - this was such a time saver. It would be great to have additional options - ie, with Epcot you had to choose either Test Track or Soarin....couldn't get both...so a bit more flexibility would be great. It was very easy to reschedule our selections with our phones during the day -

Pros:

Planning ahead and no paper passes

Cons:

Need more options

Used the fast pass+ for those long line rides, Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear, Soaring, Test Track. It was awesome. We even used it to meet, Mickey Rapunzel, and other princesses. It beat standing in long lines. Just rememeber to time the passes right. Don't fast pass+ something on side of the park and think you will get to the other ride on time. Make your time schedule flow and you'll get to ride everything you want.

Pros:

easy

Cons:

none
