Something has changed for select Disney World guests.
Disney World Annual Passholders already get some perks with their membership, including discounts, access to exclusive events, and ride previews. But now, a few more perks are available as of today!
First, Annual Passholders now have access to Disney PhotoPass lenses — these used to be exclusively for only those guests who purchase Genie+, but Annual Passholders will now get them for free. These lenses add some extra fun to your photos and selfies, transforming you into Genie from Aladdin, getting photos with Disney World’s infamous Birthday Cake Castle, and more.
Annual Passholders can now get one complimentary Cinderella Castle Mural of Memories experience. This experience lets you virtually pin your photo onto a spot on Cinderella Castle and then you and other guests can see ALL the photos taken in Magic Kingdom during the 50th anniversary celebration. This experience usually costs $9.99, but it’s now free for Annual Passholders. It also includes a special video that can be shared with friends.
Finally, Annual Passholders now have access to a new feature where they can “create and share short Disney-themed video slideshows” made with photos during their visits to the resort.

I wish they would just get rid of reservation system completely. It’s ridiculous to be tied to a certain park and has taken away the spontaneity when your supposed on vacation not planning every minute and having to be dependant on a cell phones is just awful. We use to have so much more fun a few years back. And unless your whole party are all passholders it’s still going to be a pain. And with the huge jump in APs they should include the FULL photopass service as it once was!
