Universal Orlando is going through some changes of its own!
An entire expansion — DreamWorks Land — will be opening later this year, and 2025 can’t come soon enough for the opening of Universal’s third theme park, Epic Universe. With so much new on the way, Universal is taking the time to update some of its older rides, and that means a closure is coming soon.
Heads up, adrenaline junkies! Universal Orlando has announced a temporary closure for one of the most popular rides in the park — Revenge of the Mummy.
According to the Universal website, Revenge of the Mummy will be closed for a brief refurbishment from June 17th to June 22nd, 2024. In addition, E.T. Adventure will have a temporary closure between May 6th and May 15th.
If you’re heading to Universal Orlando during either of these times, make sure you keep these closures in mind. And, if riding these attractions are must-dos for your Universal vacation, consider avoiding these dates if you can!
