If you’re spending the Fourth of July in Disney World, there are a lot of ways to celebrate.
EPCOT has two nighttime shows — Spaceship Earth is getting a red, white, and blue makeover, and EPCOT Forever will feature a “patriotic Fourth of July grand finale” called Heartbeat of Freedom. In Magic Kingdom, a special fireworks display takes place on July 3rd and 4th in place of Happily Ever After. But, if you’re looking for a way to celebrate during the day — you’re going to want to be on Main Street in Magic Kingdom at 10:30 AM on the 4th to see a special presentation!
According to Disney, on July 4th only, Magic Kingdom Park will host a flyover by the U.S. Air Force “in a salute to America and military service.”
This flyover will take place at 10:30 AM, depending on the weather, so make sure you grab a spot to view the presentation in front of the castle or down Main Street U.S.A.!
And don’t forget, if you’ll be around the park at night, the special fireworks show that happens only two nights a year — “Disney’s Celebrate America! — A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” — takes place at 9:20 PM on July 3rd and 4th.
If you’ll be in EPCOT at night, make sure. to check out the red, white, and blue Spaceship Earth and the “Heartbeat of Freedom” finale to the EPCOT Forever fireworks show.
