After Hours are back in EPCOT! The events returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom back in January, but now it’s EPCOT’s time to shine. After Hours events happen on select nights and have so many perks. That’s what we’re going to talk about today — let’s go!
What Are Disney After Hours Events?
After Hours events are separately ticketed events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Jollywood Nights. With that ticket, you’ll be able to enjoy light snacks, entertainment, and low wait times in the parks after hours.
In EPCOT, these will happen on select nights from February 2nd, 2024 to July 18th, 2024, with tickets available online.
As far as price goes, they range from $149 to $159, depending on the date. Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Passholders can get tickets between $119 and $129.
The ticket allows you entry into the park as early as 7PM, though the event officially takes place from 10PM to 1AM.
What is Available During Disney After Hours?
These are the rides that Disney has listed as available during After Hours, but they could change!
- Frozen Ever After
- Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
- Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
- Living with the Land
- Mission: SPACE
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
- The Seas with Nemo & Friends
- Soarin’
- Spaceship Earth
- Test Track
What Snacks Are Available?
Similar to other After Hours events, you will be able to get a variety of complimentary snacks with admission to Disney After Hours. These will include ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select bottled beverages that you can find at various carts throughout the park.
The carts are located near Mission: SPACE, the Imagination pavilion, Connections, and the Fountain Popcorn cart.

- World Discovery Hot Dog Cart
What Shops Are Open?
There is an opportunity to do some shopping during After Hours at:
- Creations Shop

- Mission: SPACE Cargo Bay
- Test Track gift shop
- SeaBase giftshop
- Plaza de los Amigos
- World Traveler
Will Any Shows Be Available?
Since you can enter the parks at 7PM, you’ll be able to catch Luminous! Check the My Disney Experience app for showtimes on the day of your event.
What Characters Will Be There?
There is no guarantee which characters you will see, but we managed to see Mickey and Pluto!
Chip and Dale may also be hanging out in EPCOT at the dance party!

Went to Epcot extended hours last night. For me and guest not worth the $. Night before at Magic Kingdom. Now that was fantastic! In Epcot options were limited, portions of world showcase roped off. Not enough snack vendors, not all have popcorn. Ones with have long lines. Left before 1.
For $150+, I’d expect everything to be open save restaurants and stands. That said, as someone from another time zone: take my money because getting up at 0700 to make daily reservations and then trek through the heat and humidity is so not worth it.
